French Lessons
I offer private lessons for those who would like to refresh their knowledge, or have always just wanted to learn French.
Beginner I: Introduction to pronunciation and basic vocabulary. Grammar covered: present tense, negation, nouns, adjectives, definite, indefinite, and partitive articles, subject pronouns, numbers.
Beginner II: Enriched vocabulary and easy communication in everyday situations. Grammar covered: imperative, reflexive verbs, object, possessive and demonstrative pronouns, forming questions, adverbial pronouns Y and EN.
Intermediate: Expanded vocabulary. Grammar covered: past tense (passé composé), imperfect tense, relative pronouns, adverbs, indefinite pronouns.
Advanced: Reading comprehension. Grammar covered: future tense, conditionals, subjunctive, sequence of tenses.
Cost: $30 USD/hour
Location: Lessons are held at my home in Claremont, CA. If you don't live in the area, you can take Online Lessons.
